Bouldercrest Shell

Location: Bouldercrest Road, Atlanta, GA

Client: Smith Bailey Associates

This was an old service station that was converted to a convenience store and restaurant.  Very little of the original structure is present in the existing building, primarily some of the CMU walls remain on the left and right side, and along a short distance in the front.  In addition to replacing walls, additional foundations were designed, the roof was replaced, and large spans were designed for the front of the store to accommodate the large storefront windows.
