This is a 17,000 SF house (not included the 2 car and 3 car garage and pool cabana) that is in the permitting process in Atlanta. Construction will start in early Fall. It was a difficult design with the complex roof line and a lot of open area inside the house. We were able to avoid the use of steel beams with lot of careful modeling.
